Create an account and sign in
Start by opening the account setup page in the VPNNV user panel. VPNNV does not require an email address; create your account with a username and password. Follow the prompts and check your username before submitting. Choose a username you can remember, use a unique password, and save it in a trusted password manager so you can sign in later from a computer or mobile device.
When setup is complete, follow the panel prompts to open your account page. If asked to sign in again, use the username and password you saved. Find the account overview and plan options to confirm you are in your own account, not on the public information page. The marketing site provides information; the user panel handles orders, subscriptions, and client downloads. They may look different, so follow the links on this page.
For now, do not enter your account password in the client. Your panel credentials are for managing your account; the client typically needs the subscription link you will get later. If you already have an account, use the sign-in link in the page tools instead of creating another one. Do not keep creating accounts to troubleshoot connection issues.
Once you have confirmed you can sign in, continue to plan selection. This keeps your order and subscription under the same account, so you can check payment status, get your configuration, or submit a support ticket from there later.
Choose a plan and place your order
Open the plans page in the user panel. First, distinguish monthly plans from data packages, then choose your data allowance. Monthly plans are suited to regular use: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the order details shown in the panel before proceeding.
Data packages suit less predictable usage or users who prefer to pay based on consumption: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. A data package does not refill with the same allowance each month, and unused monthly-plan data does not roll over indefinitely. Check the billing model before comparing data amounts to avoid confusion about your balance or reset date.
After choosing a plan, check the plan name, price, and billing method in your order, then follow the panel instructions to pay. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are accepted; available payment options are shown on the order page. Keep the order details intact during payment. If the external payment page says payment is complete, return to the VPNNV panel to check the order and plan status rather than assuming the subscription is ready based only on that page.
If your plan status has not updated after payment, refresh the account overview and check your order history first. Do not pay again before checking. If you need help, submit a ticket through the panel with the relevant order details and the on-screen message. VPNNV offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. See the refund policy for application details; button wording on this page does not change the plan price.
All plans allow unlimited simultaneous devices, but that does not mean unlimited data. Devices using the same account subscription share its remaining data allowance. Once your plan shows as active, you can get your subscription. If you are unsure how billing works, see plan prices and details.
Get your subscription link from the panel
Open the account overview and confirm the plan appears under your account, then find the subscription section. The subscription link lets your client retrieve server configurations; it is not a regular web address or the name of a specific server location. Use the panel’s copy option to get the full link, then keep the panel open and switch to the client’s import page.
Use the panel’s copy button to avoid missing characters at the end of the link. Do not paste it into a search box, public chat, or forum. It is account-related information and should not be shared in full when troubleshooting. If you need to share a screenshot, include the error and client screen but hide the subscription link and other sensitive account details.
If the panel offers both one-click import and a copy-link option, start with the method recommended for your client. One-click import usually requires the corresponding app to be installed and your browser to be allowed to open it. If the client does not open when you click, that does not mean the subscription is invalid. You can copy the link instead and add it manually in the client.
Import the complete subscription URL provided by the panel. Do not use the VPNNV homepage URL or paste your username into the link field. After adding it, most clients also need to fetch or refresh the configuration before the server list appears. If the import field asks for a local file rather than a URL, use the subscription or remote configuration option instead of treating the link as a file.
For screenshots or tutorial notes, an example might look like
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This is a deliberately fake address and cannot be used to connect. Get your actual subscription only from your own user panel.
Once you have the link, continue with the section for your platform below. We recommend importing and testing it on one device first, then repeating the steps on other supported platforms. That makes it easier to tell whether an issue comes from the account subscription or a device setting.
Import into a client by platform
Open the downloads section of the user panel, select your operating system, and review the available client and import instructions. Sign in to get your subscription. Eligibility to download a client is based on the active plan shown in the panel. This page does not provide installers or public subscription links, and it does not specify app versions that have not been confirmed in the panel. Once installation is complete, use the subscription link you copied earlier.
Windows: Desktop clients with subscription support
Select the Windows client in the panel, install it, and open the main window. Look for a management section labeled “Subscriptions,” “Configuration,” or “Profiles.” Choose the option to add a remote configuration or import from a URL, then paste the complete subscription link. If there is a name field, enter a label that is easy to recognize. This is a local note, not the subscription address.
Save the configuration, then update or fetch it. Wait for the server list to appear and set the newly imported configuration as active. Adding a subscription alone does not mean the client is routing your traffic: you still need to choose a server, connect, and confirm the system proxy or relevant network mode as described by the client. If Windows asks for network access, check the app’s source and the prompt before following the client’s instructions. Do not change unrelated network settings without a reason.
macOS: Remote configuration and system permissions
Find the macOS client in the panel and install it. Add the URL through the configuration or subscription management section. In some apps, these options are in the menu bar; in others, they are in the main window’s sidebar. Follow the panel instructions. Paste the link, save, and update; then confirm the server list comes from the newly added configuration before choosing a location.
The first time you connect, macOS may ask permission to add a network configuration. Check that the request comes from the client you are using, then follow the system prompt. Check the client’s connection status and selected network mode afterward. A menu bar icon alone does not confirm that the connection is working; it may only show that the app is running. Check the app status and try accessing your target site to verify.
Android: Import a subscription and grant VPN permission
Choose the Android client in the panel and install it as instructed. In the app, open the configuration or subscription page and choose an option such as Add, Import Link, or Remote Configuration. Paste the subscription URL, save it, and update the configuration. Confirm that the server locations have loaded. If the app offers a QR code option, follow the panel’s import instructions instead; do not scan subscription details from an unknown source.
When you choose a server and connect, Android may ask for VPN permission. Allow it only after confirming the request comes from the client you are using. If another VPN app is enabled on your device, resolve any connection conflict before testing. After connecting, open the service you want to use to check access. If the connection drops when the app is in the background, review its background settings. For more troubleshooting, see frequently asked questions.
iOS: Add a subscription using the panel instructions
Start by checking the iOS instructions in the panel. Follow them to get the appropriate app from the App Store, and confirm that it supports the subscription import method used by the panel. In the app, find subscription or configuration management, choose Add URL, paste the complete address, and save it. If the panel offers a compatible one-click import option, you can use it after installing the app. Check that the imported configuration appears in the correct subscription list.
After updating the subscription, choose a server and connect. The first time you use it, iOS may ask permission to add a VPN configuration; follow the system prompt. Then check the status in the app rather than relying only on the system status bar. If access does not change after switching servers, reconnect, then close and reopen the target app so an existing session does not affect the test.
Continue setup on Linux and other devices
VPNNV also supports Linux. Check the Linux instructions in the user panel for the right client and configuration method; do not assume the setup steps for other platforms apply. When using multiple devices, import, update, and connect on each one separately. VPNNV allows unlimited simultaneous devices, but check the local mode and server selection on each device individually.
Connect and verify it works
Once the server list appears, choose a location that suits what you want to access, connect in the client, and confirm that it shows the selected server as active. VPNNV covers 120+ countries and offers 220+ routes; availability depends on the panel and your current subscription. A server location is only one factor in access. The target service’s account requirements and regional rules still apply.
Open the website or app you want to use. Load a page and try a real action, such as opening a content page or sending a normal request. Do not test only the homepage, which may be cached. Confirm that the feature you need works, then check that your usual sites are still accessible. This gives you a more realistic result than relying on the client’s connection indicator alone.
If the target page will not load, first check your plan status and remaining data in the account overview. Then confirm the client has an updated subscription and the correct configuration selected. Next, check that the connection is on and any system permissions have been granted. Change one setting at a time, reconnect, and test again so you can tell what fixed the issue.
If the client says it is connected but a particular app behaves the same, check whether the client uses rule-based routing and whether that app’s traffic is covered by the current routing rules. Global and rule-based modes serve different purposes, so switching modes should not be treated as a universal fix. For an overview of the differences and how to choose between dedicated IEPL routes, relays, and direct connections, see the guide to choosing a cross-border network service.
If only one service is having trouble while other sites work, check the service’s own messages and review your account, region, and session status. Do not assume the entire subscription has failed. To compare routes, see the server list. For import errors, update failures, or dropped connections, visit frequently asked questions and follow the steps for your issue.
If you still cannot resolve the issue, submit a ticket in the user panel. Include your operating system, client name, selected location, the action that caused the issue, and the full error message. Mention whether you have updated the subscription, reconnected, or tried another route, but do not share your full subscription link or password. A clear description of where the problem occurs is more helpful than simply saying “it doesn’t work.”
That completes the quick-start process. When setting up another device, follow the same sequence: sign in to the panel, get the subscription, import it into the client, and verify the connection. After changing plans, check your account status and update the configuration as instructed by the panel. VPNNV’s privacy policy states that it keeps no logs. See the privacy policy for details; this does not replace everyday care with your device and account information.
