Service Content and Scope
VPNNV provides a network acceleration subscription for cross-border access and access to international websites, covering 120+ countries / 220+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, subscription status, and client access are shown in the user panel.
Route coverage describes the overall scope of the service. It does not mean every route will connect on every network, or that third-party websites permit access. Third parties determine their own account eligibility, regional rules, and content permissions; these are not benefits provided by a VPNNV subscription.
Account and Device Use
No email address is required to create an account; use a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription information secure, and do not post them on public pages or give them to others. If you discover leaked credentials or unusual access, change your password and report the issue through a support ticket in the user panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected simultaneously. This applies to the account holder’s own managed devices and does not authorize resale or public sharing. You may not sell, rent, or transfer an account or subscription; publicly distribute subscription information; organize shared account use by multiple people; or package this service as a paid connection service for others.
No device limit does not permit continuous use of route resources in a way that affects other users. Keep devices and apps reasonably secure and maintained to prevent compromised devices from generating unusual connections or abusing traffic.
Subscription and Billing Rules
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire.
Before choosing a plan, check its billing method, data allowance, and price. After payment, confirm the order and subscription status in the panel. Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported. If the payment status has not synced, submit your order information for review and avoid paying again. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel; download access depends on an active plan.

Lawful Use Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and of any region relevant to your use, as well as the rules of the websites and apps you access. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, including cyberattacks, unauthorized access to another person’s systems, fraud, distributing illegal content, intellectual property infringement, or obtaining or disclosing another person’s data without authorization.
Do not disrupt service operations, probe or damage service infrastructure, or affect other users’ connections through abnormal requests. VPNNV provides network connectivity; it does not obtain authorization for third-party services on your behalf or assume responsibility for content you publish or transactions you conduct.
Service Availability and Liability
Connection quality depends on your local network, carrier routing, target website status, client configuration, and device environment. Maintenance, route changes, or external network failures may interrupt connections. VPNNV does not promise that every route will remain available at all times or that third-party content or account features will always be accessible.
If you encounter a problem, submit a support ticket with the platform, route region, and issue details. Do not include your password or complete subscription information. VPNNV will investigate service issues based on verifiable information. Losses caused by third-party platform restrictions, user configuration errors, or violations of these terms are not automatically the responsibility of this service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability required by law or statutory consumer rights.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
For accounts that violate lawful use requirements, resale or sharing rules, or disrupt service operations, VPNNV may restrict connections, suspend service, or terminate service depending on the conduct. If you disagree with the outcome, explain the situation through a user panel support ticket. Subscription payments remain subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
When service rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and the month of the last update. Material changes affecting subscription benefits will be announced on the site or explained in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already obtained under applicable law.
